I started archery in 1988. In this period I had a mixed interest doing both compound and horseback archery. In the early '90s I visited some
traditional archery competitions in Austria and saw laminated bows which were still quite rare at the time. The laminated bows were much better
than the bows I used before.

When we launched our local archery club in Keszthely in 1992 I started making bows for my club mates. My first laminated bows were made in
1994, which I used for traditional archery competitions too. Since than I always used my own bows for competitions winning several Hungarian Championships and International Tournaments. Today I don't compete anymore, instead I focus on mentoring and tutoring archers seeking better performance and competition results.
